Is an overwhelming percentage of votes for Barack Obama--historic in their margin--evidence of voter fraud in Milwaukee? That's what a Ron Paul-minded website believes:

In 2004 the Republican machine garnered 35% of votes relative to Obama, while in 2008 Republicans got about 20%; but in 2012 only .44%, nearly a 50-fold reduction? This  massive collapse is only seen in the City of Milwaukee, while virtually all other districts are immune, including South Milwaukee. While there are examples of a 95%-plus vote advantage for Obama versus McCain in Milwaukee this does not sufficiently explain the anomaly. No one, for instance, even knows if those numbers are accurate.

[...]

In fact, there is no plausible explanation for these numbers other than computerized rigging or absentee ballot stuffing and fabricated voters (dead rolls, multiple votes, and more). Regarding Ryan, it would have been expected that at least there would be some support from Wisconsin residents, but it is the opposite which is seen, which is an enormous drop versus McCain-Palin.

The numbers are extreme, sure, and perhaps unbelievably so compared to the previous election result.

I post this not as an endorsement of the theory of cheating but rather to give you evidence to draw your own conclusion.
