The ‘climate task force’ assembled by Governor Tony Evers after he took office...is finally done with their work...and they put out about 50 recommendations yesterday...and...shock of shocks.... Their work is precisely what I predicted it would be: it is left wing bullying and pushing the socialist agenda...wrapped up as action on the climate.
It is the sort of new socialism that comes in a green wrapper that we’ve been talking about on the show recently.
The new-age strategy to ‘realize’ their socialist utopia is thru controlling and tricking people us in global warming as an excuse...and as an umbrella for all of their terrible, anti-American, anti-freedom policies.
Folks-this final climate report from Evers’ task force mentions racism and social justice more than it mentions climate or global temperature.
And I’m not kidding.
Race-obsessed Mandella Barnes- the Lt Governor-was in charge of the task force...and so it’s not surprising. Even his press release announcing the completed report was steeped in racial and social justice language, that had nothing to do with climate.
Quote.... “The climate crisis is taking a toll on everyone in our state, but communities of color and low-income communities are more likely to face the harshest impacts of climate change, despite contributing the least to the problem,” said Lt. Gov. Barnes. “In order to address this crisis and the environmental injustices associated with it, we must take urgent action, and we must ensure those actions are equitable and inclusive—anything less will continue the long pattern of environmental racism we have witnessed in this country.”
See? This is about using fake global warming fixes to achieve ‘fairness’, ‘equity’, and ‘justice’. It is about using fake global warming fixes-and concerns- to move the social justice agenda.
And it is so transparent that no thinking, breathing human being should fall for it.
Proposals like AOC’s green new deal....or like this from Evers and Mandella are called ‘watermelon’ proposals: green on the outside but red socialism hidden on the inside.
And this is what we get in the 55 suggestions the task force comes up with.
And whatever Republicans or conservatives participated in this ‘bi-partisan’ farce...should refuse to put their names on it.
It is a report that -pretends-it is about climate, energy, the economy, etc. but is only really about social justice.
And by the way- the ideas come with no estimated costs-at all. So...they refused to put an actual price tag on any of this stuff for the Wisconsin taxpayers
Every one of those is green socialism.
Create a taxpayer funded Govt office of ‘environmental justice’. Come on. That’s using taxpayer money to launch ‘woke’ jihads against all of us and engage in never-ending racial agitation and division.
Green jobs training for displaced and marginalized workers- again- the lefty woke-ism drips off of every word. We have literally dozens of government funded jobs training programs for such people.
At every level of government. We have-no shortage- of jobs training programs in Wisconsin or nationally....
But this one-will train people for ‘green jobs’.
And so-it’s really a scheme to try to create a green economy that doesn’t exist and stuff it with low wage workers to make it happen.
Helping farmers adopt more ‘sustainable’ farming practices. ‘helping?’ or ‘forcing?’
We already know the answer to that: it’s forcing. Mandating. Slamming new rules into effect that bring farmers to their knees or put them out of the business unless they bend to their ‘green’ socialist overlords.
Enacting policies that promote clean and alternative methods of transportation.
Again- ‘enacting’ or ‘forcing’? Manipulating? Taxing gas powered cars and gasoline until we can’t afford to drive cars?
What are we really talking about here?
Liberals and socialists always need to talk in code.
I said yesterday: socialists and communists always need to lie. They can never be honest about their real plans or their true intent...or no one would agree to it.
They need to manipulate people into going along with their extremism and trick them into complying. Until they have enough power and control to drop the charade and run a totalitarian state-by force.
So please notice how all of this is couched in the language of the dishonest lefty.
That sounds like a guy who is going to‘ share’ and ‘teach’ green climate practices with the farmers and then say...use them or don’t.... But we just want to ‘educate’....
It sounds like Mandella is ready for cooperation and compromise, doesn’t it?
But what a joke.
Their recommendations aren’t about climate change. They’re about social justice and the path that old-school socialists have found to try to trick new generations of people into falling for their disastrous ideology.
Socialism has-literally-been proven to be a human tragedy thrust upon the globe over, and over, and over again. It was attempted at least 42 times -across the globe-in the 20th century and ended in disaster every time.
The modern day disaster is Venezuela.
In fact, the Venezuelan people were tricked into it by Hugo Chavez and what?
Promises of social justice and fairer wages and a flatter but more prosperous and productive society. If only everything were more fair. If only the rich people were forced to give up their wealth. If only government could coordinate a fair society...
It failed every time. Because they are false promises.
And yet- we never learn the lesson.
