Netflix, Disney, and Alyssa Milano are all saying they won't film in Georgia because of the state's new abortion law.
They're not alone, and some in Hollywood will likely follow-through on their threat.
But let's remember why Hollywood came to Georgia in the first place.
Georgia is extremely business friendly. It's cheaper to make TV and movies there. And the state offers a lot of incentives.
It makes business sense to film in Georgia.
The calls to boycott the state over its abortion law are all moral cries.
But, this is Hollywood. And when push comes to shove, I think Hollywood will pick business over morals.
They certainly have in the past.
